OFCCP Candidate Pool
The OFCCP will compare the employer's candidate pool to Data & Statistics from the US Census, to determine if further investigation is required to flag an employer's hiring practices as having a disparate impact on female & minority candidates. When our Search Service is used along with our other OFCCP resume sourcing services, we compare the pool of Internet Applicants to the US Census Data, and when necessary we target our recruiting efforts to identify & recruit under represented minority candidates, to ensure the best possible candidate is included in the best possible candidate pool.
